Are HOA Dues required?

No. Our neighborhood covenants expired some time ago, so our dues are on a voluntary basis. While voluntary, we still ask that everyone pay the $50 Annual dues so that we can keep our entrances updated and maintained.

Does the Home Owners Association handle Pool Memberships?

No. Pool memberships are managed by a different group. Please checkout the Pool tab on this website for all documents pertaining to this.

May I have a copy of the Neighborhood Covenants & Restrictions?

We are happy to share the Neighborhood Covenants and Restrictions that were once enforced in our neighborhood. These have however expired and are no longer enforceable.

How do I pay my HOA Dues?

You may use the link at the top of the page to pay online or you may mail a check to the address below.

Please Note: A Convenince Fee is added to online payments so that the HOA receives the full amount of the dues.

Are there any homes for sale in the neighborhood?

While the HOA team may be aware of occasional homes on the market, it's best to checkout an online listing website or check with a realtor for this information.
